Ideal to pair with all kinds of cheeses, salads, fish and asparagus or artichokes or vegetable pie (potato omelette, for example).
Optimum temperature: 6o - 7oC.
Ways to serve: serve in glass guy "Parma 47Cl-American." Or similar serving from the bottle to the glass at 45 degrees.
