Cheese made in a traditional way with sheep's milk pasteurized with 20 days of maturation through the filling of the moulds by hand and the whey by panos, this requires more effort and individual treatment of each unit. Made with milk from our own flock of sheep just milked, keeps therefore its freshness and the natural properties.
