Cheese Semicured Payuelos (weight approx. 1.3 kg) cheese made in a traditional way with sheep's milk pasteurized with three months of maturation in camera. Its elaboration is carried out by filling of the moulds by hand and the whey by panos, this requires more effort and individual treatment of each unit.
